The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Intercompany Analyst – AP & GRIR you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Verification and posting of all invoices and credit notes according to the Global Process and SOX controls within agreed SLAs

  • Analyzing booked entries on the GR/IR account, investigate end-to-end flow incl. link to invoice quantity MEs and shipments in transit (order, invoice and inventory transactions etc.)

  • Analyzing Invoice IDoc errors and take required actions to resolve or address them

  • Acting as the single point of contact & work coordination in the context of AP Invoice Processing and GR/IR account reconciliation

  • Addressing and preventing issues related to not reconciled entries.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in AP, preferably in Global Shared Services

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution (Finance or similar majors)

  • Advanced English

  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, and Excel.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 

  • Previous experience working with Supply Chain, Logistics preferred

  • Analytical and meticulous approach to the tasks entrusted

  • Attention to details

  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working with operational processes.
