Credence Management Solutions, LLC Program Manager in Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio
Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is hiring a Program Manager who will be primarily responsible for supporting AFRL/RY at WPAFB, OH.
Receive, review, and assign DoD Patent Application Review System (DPARS) cases to an appropriate reviewer. Review assigned cases for past-due suspense date flags, remind reviewers of past-due cases or assign to new reviewer, prioritize backlogged cases subject to expedited foreign filing license request or upon formal inquiry from legal counsel for the third party, remind reviewers of pending account suspension for inactivity, and facilitate re-activation of accounts for suspended reviewers.
Perform updates to Technology Transfer-centric IT systems to reflect data regarding invention disclosure docketing with Intellectual Property Law Branch, patent application filing information with US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), patent issuance data from USPTO, patent maintenance fee scheduling, uploading metadata from cooperative agreements, imaging and archiving executed cooperative agreements.
Compile and organize patent and Technology Transfer statistics in response to data calls; assist in preparation of Division Technical Advisory Council (DTAC) slides, annual and seasonal reviews, and other presentations.
Review draft agreements for formatting, grammar, style, consistency, and completeness; prepare agreement packages for routing to appropriate signature authority.
Perform basic business and market analysis / research with a view toward marketing and licensing existing RY Technologies. Perform basic business plan evaluation for applicants of a license to AF technologies.
Work with open source corporate and technical directory services, and through provided subscription-based analytic products, to propose suitable industry partners for AF technologies identified for Technology Transition.
Clearance: Secret or ability to obtain a Secret
Master’s degree and ten (10) years relevant experience or
BA/BS degree and eighteen (18) years relevant experience or
Twenty-two (22) years of relevant experience
