CVS Health Vendor Management Advisor in WORK FROM HOME, Texas

Job Description

Do you want to make a large impact in your next opportunity and be a health care innovator? As a Vendor Management Advisor, you will use your leadership skills to leverage a diverse team to provide resources supporting call center vendors central to the operations of CVS Health. Here, you will partner with contracted vendor operations (domestically and internationally) to:• Establish critical key performance indicators jointly with the vendor(s) and the operational business owners• Establish invoicing protocols as well as drive accurate and timely payment processingYou will also participate in projects that interlock with Vendors:• Request for Proposal• Assisting in developing business strategy• Vendor onboarding / decommissioning• New work transition or offshore work implementationThe Vendor Management Advisor will manage vendors operational areas including:• Business Strategy Planning for each vendor. • Working with vendor site leadership to identify operational risk areas and provide solutions to correct gaps• Interface with all levels of Enterprise Leadership to ensure that they are aware of vendor performance and are engaged when support from their organization is paramount to vendor operational success• Occasional travel may be required in the future.This is a fully remote, work from home opportunity. To be successful, you will utilize your excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex information and build strategic partnerships.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience in call center, business processing or vendor operations• Proven proficiency using Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, and/or Excel 365• Travel up to 30%

Preferred Qualifications

• Vendor management experience strongly preferred• Health Care operations industry knowledge strongly preferred • Knowledge of 5 why’s methodology of root cause analysis• Use of CVS system tools

Education

• High School Diploma required• Bachelor’s Degree preferred• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
