CVS Health Hiring Support Center - Supervisor in WORK FROM HOME, Texas

Job Description

The Hiring Support Center Supervisor will be responsible for leading, guiding and motivating a team of skilled hiring professionals. In this role as a Hiring Support Center Supervisor the individual will:- Provide day to day leadership and will ensure team members have technical skills, knowledge and info/tools required to provide high-quality customer service and cultivates a culture where compliance, measurement, quality, and continuous improvement/best practices are performed in accordance with hiring policies, within legal guidelines.- Collaborate closely with Leadership and Workforce Management/Training team members to develop staffing plans, understand and predict work changes and respond in advance to ensure the delivery of important, high-quality, timely service to our customers and stakeholders. - Liaise, support and provide guidance to business stakeholders as needed

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of leading projects or day to day operations• 2+ years of Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
