CVS Health Operations Program Senior Manager in WORK FROM HOME, Rhode Island

Job Description

As a Senior Manager on the Member Services Operations Excellence team, you will work with Member Services, PBM, and Enterprise colleagues and leaders to promote complex projects to completion through operations excellence while accelerating the achievement of our goals. Some of the programs you will support include Innovation blue chips, operational enhancements, Medicare Part D Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) and Welcome Season operational planning and rapid issue resolution activities, and Acquisitions. Some of your key responsibilities will include:- Partner cross-functionally across Member Services, PBM, and Enterprise functions to consult in solution design, develop implementation plans, drive results, and resolve complex issues encountered by the team, course-correcting as necessary. - Design, construct, and execute quantitative and qualitative analyses that will yield critical answers to questions at hand and drive operational efficiency. Perform root cause investigation, problem solve, articulate conclusions, and make recommendations to the leadership team - Create presentations of complex project/portfolio subject matter to a level of understanding for executive leadership, sponsors, business partners, and down to the staff level.- Use a consultative approach across Member Services Operations and other organizations as needed to define problems, lead process improvement efforts, and ultimately manage process change with business stakeholders to ensure our internal and external customer needs are being met.- Using structured frameworks in risk management, change management, scope management, schedule management, and quality managementTo be successful you will need to understand process flows, and bring an enthusiasm for solving ambiguous problems, as well as the ability to influence partners, drive change, and deliver results. In this role you will deliver tangible results that help our members on their path to better health.

Required Qualifications

  • 7 years experience in project management, process improvement, operational support or consulting/strategy (graduate level education may substitute for experience)- Healthcare industry experience required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience guiding and facilitating collaboration among team members.- Experiencing developing presentations and using Tableau- Experience establishing issues and developing strategic and financial frameworks to conduct analysis and measure success- Passion for Health Care: A history of work in the health care industry and an ongoing desire to make one of the world's strongest health care companies even stronger

Education

  • Bachelor's degree is required- Masters degree is preferred- Equivalent Combination of education and experience may be considered
