CVS Health Fully Remote WFM Data Scientist in WORK FROM HOME, Rhode Island

Job Description

This Data Scientist serves as the technical systems administrator & data scientist for the business unit. Its primary responsibilities include the development, implementation, & analysis of labor staffing models, workload inputs, & budget submissions. The Data Scientist is accountable for the cross-platform analytics which includes linear and nonlinear modelling, statistical analysis, and big data analytics. Big data analytics will entail structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sets which will require advanced analytic techniques. This Data Scientist could have up to 2 Sr. Consultants reporting to them. The Data Scientist will partner with the Contact Center Leader on Blue Chip cost & growth initiatives for the organization, including directly influencing the new revenue capture of $12.5M – $16M annually for the business unit in addition to $500k in annualized savings.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience with Python, Alteryx, SQL, or R, along with development level Tableau and/or Power BI experience7+ years steering Business Unit Level ROI analysis & dissemination designed for executive level leadership (VP & above)7+ years experience working with Contact Center Industry Standard WFM Software (Verint preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

At least 7+ years in 24/7, Multi-Site Contact Center and Back Office Workforce ManagementAt least 7+ years in Contact Center ForecastingExperience utilizing Verint DPA Software preferredAt least 6+ years of demonstrated high proficiency with corporate software applications, including MS Word, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint, as well as some special proprietary applications.Demonstrated advanced Excel skills (e.g., Advanced Formulas, Power Pivot, Charts and Graphs, VBA & Macros, etc.) Experience in data management with the ability to write scalable, production-level code using SQL that interfaces with Teradata preferred

Education

High School Diploma/GED requiredBachelors degree preferred in (Quantitative Analysis, Mathematics, Finance)
