CVS Health Senior HR Business Partner - Retail in WORK FROM HOME, New Jersey

As a Human Resources Senior Partner (HRBP), you will help develop divisional people strategies and align, build and execute the strategies to address the current and future direction of the business. You will partner with Retail Divisional Operations Leaders to develop and execute both long and short term business plans, providing input beyond the HR strategy while challenging leadership about how they think about root cause of results, and partner to identify behaviors that may be lacking.As a HRBP for the company, this role will identify HR levers that will maximize the impact of organization capability on business outcomes. This role partners with both HR peers and COE's to create and execute engagement and labor relations strategies and provide integrated solutions to the business.Duties & Responsibilities: ∙ Provides thought partnership on talent mobility and development.∙ Collaborates with business leaders to organize their optimal structure and human capital requirements.∙ Orchestrates change management to ensure delivery of outcomes by helping leaders to clearly articulate critical few behaviors to inspire colleagues and create clarity.∙ Shares key insights and actions based on HR data and metrics.∙ Utilizes trend reporting to help leaders make business improvements, sponsors new ideas/solutions, and takes initiative to improve results.∙ Integrates relevant data and information and applies the findings to positively impact the Divisional HR strategy.∙ Drives diversity awareness and demonstrates behaviors that create a culture of acceptance and inclusion.∙ Drives the development of innovative and effective processes designed to increase colleague engagement and organizational success.∙ Strategizes with the team to reinforce the engagement process throughout the year.∙ Sustains leader focus on engagement of colleagues, recognizes trends, and designs and implements solutions.∙ Facilitates dialogue and discussion to align others on values and encourage collaboration.This role geographically supports Division 2 – markets include: New York City and Northern New Jersey
∙ Minimum 5 years of business/management experience.∙ Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources.∙ Must be able to travel 60% of the time.

-Retail and/or Corporate experience.-Ability to understand the metrics and drivers to business performance.-Project management experience.-SHRM or other HR certifications preferred.-Masters Degree preferred.
