CVS Health Team Lead/backup Lead - IAM Periodic Access Review in Work from home, Mississippi

Position Summary

The team lead or back-up team lead position is within the Access Review team under the Identity Access Management tower with Enterprise Information Security. This team executes a key control within CVS Health around the ongoing maintenance of access, helping to ensure only proper access exists. This role would carry the below requirements

  • Lead and drive access review campaigns to completion, providing direction to the team, assigning work and ensuring completeness and accuracy

  • Manage the campaign to the planned dates

  • Provide guidance to the team on direction, prioritization, and more as they work through the steps to process the campaign

  • Provide oversight, monitoring, and tracking

  • Provide mentoring, guidance, and training to more junior staff

  • Review process with stakeholders, application owners, and other customers throughout the business as needed

  • Assist with validation reviews of the work performed by others to ensure completeness and accuracy

The individual in this role would display high level of organization skills and structure. Would be able to provide updates to management as needed on status, trends, issues or concerns. The individual would be able to adjust to changes and adapt as needed. The right candidate is able to work in a fast paced environment while still maintaining expectations.

The lead/backup lead will be a key contributor and responsible for on time and proper execution of the access review control, a key control requirement to ensure compliance with both internal policy as well as a variety of external regulatory and contractual requirements.Location Preference - Candidates in CST or ESTbut also open to WFH from anywhere in USA. Required Qualifications 5+ years of working experience in compliance/audit or Identity Access Management /IT Security Operations.1+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel at an Intermediate or higher level Preferred Qualifications Strong organizational skillsStrong time management skills#EIS Education

Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$81,000.00 - $162,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
