The Coram Revenue Cycle Training Coordinator helps enable the training of hundreds of Coram Revenue Cycle colleagues by providing administrative support to the training team, particularly the Manager and Supervisor. The training coordinator will own administrative duties in the company’s Learning Management System, such as creating courses and scheduling classes, registering students, and ensuring classes are closed out correctly. The coordinator will maintain key team documentation and calendars, while supporting communication within and outside the team. The coordinator will manage system access tickets and other application requests to support training activities.
Key functions include:
LMS Administrations and Development: building courses and classes in Learning Hub, register students, maintain Outlook Training Calendar, ensure classes are closed appropriately, research LMS issues, update and maintain classroom assessments and surveys in LMS.
Training Team Administrative Tasks: develop and maintain course catalogs for Enteral and Infusion, load training materials into, and maintain, Training SharePoint sites, make assigned updates to Training Schedule and post for leaders, maintain training rosters and perform roster updates, submit IT tickets for system access and account creation, develop MS Forms for classroom and course surveys, manage reporting for assessments and surveys and post for leaders weekly, maintain spreadsheets as assigned, generate and update PDF files, manage files in Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, support trainers in classroom training including requesting access to learning environments, perform minor edits to training materials.
Technical Troubleshooting: Assist trainers with identifying and resolving various technical issues, including learner access, ticket follow up, links from OneDrive, MS Teams
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
Strong attention to detail, as all schedules, classes, rosters, reports and documentation must be accurate
Strong technical skills in all Microsoft Applications including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
Working knowledge of LMS, Excel, pivot tables,
Ability to effectively manage multiple incoming audit requests
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills to facilitate teamwork within various Coram business areas and with external customers
Strong analytical, deductive, and problem-solving skills
1+ year(s) of Microsoft Office Applications experience
Strong time management skills and multitasking ability
Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems, OneDrive, SharePoint, CutePDF, Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint/Teams
Comfortable handling confidential information
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $28.45
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
