Job Description

Position Summary: • Leads the work and deliverables of multiple, complex projects or programs, through to implementation, that impact multiple processes, systems, functions, and products• Translates clinical practice guidelines into operationalized tools and processes to facilitate evidence-based decision making• Navigates complexity and proactively works with clinical leadership and cross-functional teams to successfully design the right methodology to get to the core questions • Remains current on developments on clinical policy/literature that might affect products. Leads others in their efforts to maintain and enhance the interpretive content on the product• This position also works with project teams and other internal groups as a content expert to facilitate completion of initiatives and to improve the visibility of the product both internally and externally• Synthesizes data to deliver meaningful recommendations that influence business strategy. Assists clinical and administrative leaders in understanding improvement measures, performance dashboards and score cards and to use data analysis to drive fact-based decision making• Effective communication of outcomes and concepts to internal business partners and taking a leadership role in the dissemination

Required Qualifications

Required Qualifications:• Must demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in managing components of programs/ projects, decision-making, and evaluating outcomes. Successful record of crafting and managing complex, parallel work-streams with many cross-functional teams and dependencies; able manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment• Proven project management skills and track record in meeting project milestones • Expertise in the body of knowledge, methods, and skills related to process improvement • Experience with survey methodology and questionnaire design with the ability to balance standard methodologies with the needs and speed of the business • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adjust approach to accommodate your audience

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

As a part of this process, you will be required to provide information or documentation about the reason you cannot be vaccinated. Preferred Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.Proven ability to satisfy customers needs and develop alternatives to resolve issues.

Education

BS/BA or equivalent experience and 8-10 years of experience related to standards & measurements, technology, systems and processes, including project consultation preferred.
