You will be responsible for completing Patient Financial Services (PFS) tasks such as billing and/or accounts receivable follow-up with payers and maintaining quality and productivity requirements. You will process and submit accurate and timely claims to payers, analyze and research unpaid claims, and assist in the resolution of denials, partial payments, and payment variances. Home infusion or durable medical equipment (DME) experience. - Strong attention to detail. - Customer service skills. - Ability to work in a team environment. - Ability to work with a sense of urgency. - Experience medical billing or collections work or experience working with accounts payable (A/P) or accounts receivable (A/R). - Experience working with healthcare reimbursement systems. - Experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required
