CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Marketing Strategist to help advance our Health Equity Strategy across pharmacy benefit management (PBM) payors and influence audiences including consultants, providers, and other industry partners such as national patient groups, clinical consortia and government agencies, etc. As Senior Manager, Marketing for PBM Health Equity, you will be responsible for delivering marketing plans and associated content and materials to increase awareness of CVS Health’s efforts to improve equitable access to care for clients of CVS Caremark, and help drive brand loyalty and growth. You will work cross functionally to build and execute a well-defined marketing plan that leverages insights, research, industry knowledge and best practices leveraging a range of tactics to engage target audiences. You will own the go-to-market strategy for the PBM health equity initiative for payors, and ensure your plan is implemented as planned by engaging effectively with the health equity team, account and sales management, internal subject matter experts, corporate communications, and various marketing colleagues and creative partners and agencies.The person in this position will:---Develop an effective marketing plan to support business goals ---Work cross-functionally to align key messaging and plans across targeted customer segments---Develop integrated, multi-channel marketing plans---Oversee the execution of audience-specific strategies, including production and delivery of content and collateral across channels ---Lead development of content for enablement: slides, executive summaries, event collateral and other materials as needed
---Minimum of 3-5+ years B2B marketing experience---Experience working with various media channels (ie: public relations, trade publications, social media…)---Experience working with internal and/or external Creative Agency Partners to bring the overall Marketing strategy to fruition---Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

---Health care experience and or/ PBM marketing experience ---Experience developing short- and long-term marketing strategies, since there is a need to balance and deliver on short-term, annual objectives and long-term awareness/equity building.---Excellent relationship-building skills, with proven ability to influence and build consensus across all levels of the organization. ---Strong organizational skills; ability to schedule people, tasks or projects and to develop realistic action plans given time and resource constraints
---Bachelors degree - required ---Master's degree - Preferred
