Position Summary: CVS Pharmacy, Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Sr. Manager, Digital Engineering to Design and develop digital applications and platforms to ensure proper implementation of information technology projects. Duties include: Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements to existing systems and platforms; implement of SAFe process techniques; provide support in all phases of SDLC and ensure to deliver high-quality products; provide recommendations for continuous improvement; provide technical guidance in software design and development activities; assist with technical and security audits and ensure audit recommendations are implemented; implement best security practices and support the importance of security within engineering, partnering with Digital and Enterprise security teams and digital product owners to ensure compliance; assist hiring manager with interviewing, recruiting, and hiring applicants, as well as guiding, coaching, and mentoring junior engineers to grow team; collaborate with various areas of the organization including business partners, product owners, architecture, security mavens, digital and IT engineering teams; provide technical leadership direction, determining and developing approaches to solutions by coordinating multiple resources to solve complex problems; implement decisions quickly and taking ownership of services and applications at scale; and leverage Java/J2EE stack, UI framework, Mobile App development, and other tools and technologies for digital initiatives/digital transformation for ecommerce. • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive, post baccalaureate experience with each of the following: CI/CD systems, including Jenkins or Github; Java, Python, or Node.js; XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript; Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles; ATG Commerce or Spring Boot microservices; Software development in Java-based web applications and Commerce platform; REST, SOAP, or Web Service APIs; Software development lifecycle; Implementing compliance standards such as ADA, HIPAA, or PCI.

Pay Range: $120750.00/year to $240000.00/year.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
