Here, you can help us impact almost 10,000 retail locations, influence results on 11 million customer surveys annually, and improve the sentiments of almost 200,000 store colleagues.

As the Sr Analyst in Pharmacy Operations, you will play a vital role on several in-flight Retail Pharmacy projects that focus on improving the colleague and customer experience. You will work with a high-energy, multi-disciplinary team that is motivated by the opportunity to brainstorm, test, analyze, and continuously grow the portfolio with products that drive enterprise results.

Responsibilities

• Building reports or dashboard using Excel and other tools to track results of a new initiative, or pulling analytical information to assist with R & D of a potentially new project for submission and providing insights to the team.

• Assisting with user story development, project valuations, and user acceptance testing as needed across the team.

• Be the primary point of contact for all field related communications and interactions including MyInsights and Help Desk escalations.

• Creating change management and deployment plans including risk and mitigation plans, and aligning with key stakeholders.

• Contribute to the creation of PowerPoint presentations in a way that can be easily understood by non-subject matter experts, including leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• 2+ years’ experience manipulating and tracking data and generating reports using Microsoft Excel. Should be comfortable using V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, and working with large data sets

• 1+ years’ relevant experience in operations or consulting

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working with SQL and / or Snowflake

• Familiarity with data visualization tools

• Knowledge of advanced functions in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of retail pharmacy and pharmacy processes

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Education

• Bachelor's degree required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $107,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
