CVS Health Senior Product Manager, Directed Spend in Woonsocket, Rhode Island

Job Description

The Senior Product Manager of Directed Spend/New Verticals will play a critical role in establishing new and strategic products, services and relationships across external lines of business for the CVS Health OTC supplemental benefit program. This position will report directly to the Lead Director, Enterprise Solutions. Key responsibilities: •Lead product strategy developing both short-term and long term program strategies that align with business and enterprise priorities•Drive innovation based on analytics and insights, market trends, competitive landscape, program gaps and white space opportunities, while leveraging strong business acumen in Retail, Healthcare, Tech or other related fields• Partner across all payor and external lines of business to enhance and develop our supplemental benefits offering, including OTC Health Solutions and build out additional targeted benefit platforms• Strategically introduce and execute on new opportunities to broaden partnership depth and increase enterprise value• Commercialize and support operational planning for strategic partners, work cross-functionally with digital, IT, inventory, analytics, and product teams• Forge new partner relationships with key enterprise healthcare stakeholders across strategy, marketing, and operations• Navigate the day to day of a dynamic entrepreneurial team in a fluid and emerging space, while balancing communication needs, stakeholder management, timelines and financial goals of a Fortune 4 companyAdditional elements:• Provide day-to-day management of strategic customer portfolio, analyze and respond to customer (direct & indirect) feedback, ensuring outcomes and results• Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues in sales support, product/implementation management and across the enterprise to cultivate opportunity• Gain and leverage account intelligence trends to drive best practices throughout the customer and product lifecycle• Proven ability to dissect consumer insights and foresee business opportunities quickly to maximize results • Key decision maker and business owner including responsibility for revenue growth

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 75,400

Maximum: 162,700

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications

-3+ years of experience in a client-facing role ideally client success or managing relationships with large organizations-1+ years of experience in analytics and reporting, project management or Salesforce-Ability to travel to Rhode Island headquarters 2-3 times per quarter- Ability to work standard east coast business hours

Preferred Qualifications

-Previous experience in Retail Category Management, Retail/CPG, Management Consulting or Medicare Payor environment-Prior healthcare and supplemental benefits experience-General Business ownership / Product or P&L ownership-MBA
