CVS Health Senior Financial Analyst Expenses & Funding in Woonsocket, Rhode Island

Job Description

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will help the Financial Management team in supporting the financial tracking and reporting for the Loyalty & Personalization Department. You will be introduced to Customer Strategy and Program Execution and work closely with business partners to manage their operating expenses and vendor funding.The primary responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst role include:• Process and track all vendor contracts, projects, and invoices between multiple tools and sources including owning all Ariba processes• Work closely across business partners and departments for contract and event information• Partner with Accounting on expense submissions and reconciliation of monthly accrual reports• Own creating, refreshing, and researching of daily expense and funding queries and update reporting utilizing S4 (Foire), and Excel. • Key contributor in the month end calendar close for Expenses and Funding, including accruals, back up support, variance commentary and tie backs • Support various revenue streams across different teams and understand the different Accounting rules for each. Be able to compile, process, and roll up monthly funding reconciliations, uploads, reporting and communications (leveraging Salesforce tools and reports)• Point of contact from start to finish on various business expense budgets while maintaining trend reports and developing forecasting metrics• Provide additional project support and deliverables to support growth initiativesOur ideal candidate will also have the following skillset:• Ability to multi-task several concurrent requests with a sense of urgency• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with the ability to mitigate potential issues before they happen• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and project management skills

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 43,700

Maximum: 97,400

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a financial role• 3+ years of Microsoft Office experience, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel, including SUMIF(S), COUNTIF(S), and VLOOKUP

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience accumulating, organizing, analyzing, and reporting relevant financial data to leadership


Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Accounting, Mathematics, or Finance or equivalent experience is required
