CVS Health Senior Analytic Consultant in Woonsocket, Rhode Island

Job Description

• Build predictive models in statistical programming tools(Python, R etc.) using advanced data science concepts(e.g., regression modeling, time series, classification, data clustering)• Recommend and implement test designs that enable effective measurement and insights into efficacy of marketing campaigns• Develop and execute approaches to analyze information relating to retail customer behavior, including segmentation, migration and valuation.• Recommend and execute analytics solutions that enable a more complete understanding of customer behavior within or across selected segments, markets or channels• Query large data sets (billions of transaction records) in data source platform using SQL to assess consumer buying behavior• Integrate consumer data from multiple internal and external sources to create awareness of business opportunities and support the development of new initiates• Prepare and present compelling analytical presentations and effective communicate recommendations to senior staff and internal clients• Perform deep-dive marketing analysis such as FRM, lift-cycle analysis to provide critical insights• Mentors more junior team members. Collaborates with business partners to understand their problems and goals, develop predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data reports and performance metricsThis role is 100% on-site in Woonsocket, RI.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 75,000

Maximum: 167,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

• Experience programming using R or Python• Experience in SAS or SQL• Experience in Tableau• Experience in Azure or other cloud platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources• Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur• Healthcare sector experience preferred• Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners• Demonstrates proficiency in most areas of mathematical analysis methods, machine learning, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling and in-depth specialization in some areas• People management experience

Education

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience• Master's degree in quantitative field or MBA strongly preferred
