CVS Health Senior Analyst, Store Brand Consumer Experience in Woonsocket, Rhode Island

Position Summary

A key function of the consumer experience team is to lead a data-driven approach to product development to increase value, accelerate growth, and improve the experience of our customers across our Store Brand portfolio. In support of the product development teams, the consumer experience team will support development of new products and evaluation of the existing assortment to ensure the needs of customers are consistently met and exceeded.

The primary responsibility for this role is supporting all aspects of the Store Brand Consumer Experience process including competitive benchmarking, financial impact analysis, portfolio review, and implementation of identified solutions. This person will work as part of the Consumer Experience and Innovation Team, reporting directly to the Director of Consumer Experience and Innovation. As a member of the Store Brands Growth & Innovation team, you will apply your strengths and experience in analytical and conceptual problem solving to help drive Store Brand growth.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Product Development and Category Management teams to lead evaluation of the Store Brand product portfolio for key categories in an effort to identify product-level opportunities to increase value and elevate customer experiences

  • Organize and manage project schedules in coordination with Planogram timing to ensure successful and timely launch for new items

  • Management of consumer and colleague sampling campaigns to drive the generation of actionable data related to usability and experience of our Store Brand products

  • Support Store Brand and Merchant teams with ad hoc requests

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ Years of product development, quality assurance, or manufacturing experience

  • A team player possessing strong interpersonal skills with an ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management

  • Organized, positive, and high-energy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to execute with high attention to detail

  • Understands the importance of timelines and meeting deadlines

  • Microsoft Office skills including Advanced Excel

  • Strong reading & writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $107,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
