Potential for fully remoteMain locations - AZ, RI, CTThe Carrier Transmission Services – Senior Analyst position is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Wide Area Networking infrastructure supporting 500+ locations in a high-paced, complex environment. In addition to the WAN responsibilities, the position is also partly responsible for the enterprise SIP/VoIP connectivity to CVS’s external constituents (Carrier voice trunking, DIDs, TFNs, and Dialplan management).Duties include (but not limited to):• Ordering and coordinating circuit installs with telecom carriers and network/voice teams (Data, Voice, etc.)- Ordering and provisioning DID and Toll-Free numbers- Inventory management- Escalations with carrier and network/voice troubleshooting- Carrier invoice audits- MACD for real estate projects and other business projectsThe Sr Analyst will work cross-organizationally to set-up and/or resolve issues with the network infrastructure team, firewall team, internet team, and the voice team. Designing system layouts/configurations and planning new product implementations including pricing for new projects to meet business needs are also included in the responsibilities. The position is typically M-F, but the position is part of an on-call rotation which includes nights and weekends.

- 3+ years of experience supporting WAN technologies, including MPLS, DWDM, SDWAN, P2P links. - Understand network design/fundamentals and carrier maintenance. - 3+ years’ experience in VoIP and SIP- Familiarity with Voice Protocols and Media: H.323, H.248, SIP, MGCP, SCCP, RTP/RTCP, Voice Codec troubleshooting and design.- 3+ years expertise with Signaling Protocols - ISDN, CAS, Analog, T1/E1 PRI, E&M.- Willing to travel to data centers for occasional off-hours work during nights and weekends

- Automation – Ansible, etc.- Proficient with advanced O365 applications - Experience with ServiceNow workflows / Ebonding- MS TEAMS Voice experience- AT&T Route-it and Verizon Network Manager - Very good network troubleshooting skills. Must be able to quickly identify and resolve network related issues in smallest possible time.- Be familiar with SIP, UDP, TCP/IP network related technologies including routing/switching, DNS, DHCP, Firewall/ACL, QoS (Quality of Service) etc.- Knowledge of carrier services (MPLS, P2P, DWDM, SIP, Equinix)- Ability to work well within teams and across departments.- Strong communication, organizational skills (oral/written)- Highly motivated and ability to think outside the box- Proficient with MS Office Applications, Windows Operating System, Linux Operating Systems
Bachelor’s degree preferredH.S Diploma with extensive experience required
