Position Summary

You will play a pivotal role developing and maintaining processes to support the C2C product, which expands the role our pharmacy teams can play in improving our patient’s health by connecting them to care and improving their health outcomes.

As a Senior Analyst on the team, you will work with a group that is motivated by the opportunity to strategize, develop, and implement new C2C products for our pharmacy colleagues to drive health outcomes for our patients. Problem-solving, collaboration, organization, and attention to detail are key components of this role. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the CVS Health enterprise to create the C2C products across a matrixed organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and the C2C cross-functional team to support the ongoing performance and growth of the product through management and tracking of various pharmacy outreach campaigns

  • Collate multiple inputs to develop product data insights, identify trends, and utilize data to drive decision-making and recommendations

  • Partner with technology, operations, and reporting teams to identify opportunities, ideate solutions, and develop actionable plans to design, test, and implement product improvements

  • Own and maintain product backlog

  • Create and share ongoing product status updates, capture and socialize key C2C pod activities, risks, and mitigations plans to ensure timelines are met and product is trending toward overall goals

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a role that involved strategic problem solving and/ or product development (e.g. consulting)

  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams to ensure alignment

  • Adaptability and flexibility to support rapid adjustments to priorities to meet evolving business needs

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in Excel or other reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of analytical experience, including experience working with large datasets

  • Experience with creating presentations and messaging utilizing PowerPoint

  • Healthcare industry experience

EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $107,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
