CVS Health Sales Analyst in Woonsocket, Rhode Island

Job Description

The Sales Analyst provides support across multiple operational functions related to the sales process. You will be working with our CVS Health Sales team creating and evolving the sales reporting infrastructure and analytics to optimize the pipeline and reporting process. This includes sales and analytical tools development, data management, input, lead processing and more. Products include CVS Health Virtual Care, Attain and additional new product launches.You will also:• Support the Sales Operations & Reporting leader• Use the team’s pipeline tool to work on development, reporting and process improvement.• Understand sales process to identify trends you see in the data. This can include analyzing how the sales team is moving their opportunities through the pipeline to close, sales process timing and barriers to sales.• Work with the sales manager, account management team, and work cross functionally to understand the scope of data needed.• Understand our tools (QuickBase, CRM) & our sales process to best provide strategy recommendationsWe are an enterprise sales & account management team taking new innovative products to market through multiple sales channels in the organization. Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 43,700

Maximum: 97,400

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with Excel- 5+ years of experience with data analysis and reporting- 2+ years of experience creating and presenting to team members and leadership

• Familiarity or ability to learn, design, and implement using CRM systems and processes such as Salesforce, QuickBase, and Tableau• Excellent written and verbal communications skills• Masters Degree Preferred
