You will collaborate with business partners from product development and management, operations, finance, and marketing to demonstrate value of CVS Pharmacy products and services. You will enable data-driven strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for existing product improvement and new product development. Reporting to a Director of Pharmacy Product Development, you will be responsible for supporting the development of a product roadmap to improve the patient experience across retail assets and channels, initial incubation of new potential solutions, driving several pilots to prove value and feasibility, as well as scaling solutions while coordinating cross-functional teams to do so. Analysis of information and data to support the development of appropriate solutions and the subsequent collaboration across teams to develop strategies needed to implement new technology, processes and channels will be critical functions of this role. The ideal candidate is an extremely effective communicator, detail oriented, and very organized. This person will be adept at distilling background information and detailed content to define solutions for new business scenarios and portfolio growth while optimizing patient experience. They will have strengths in communicating and influencing partner teams within the department as well as external stakeholders to adopt recommendations. In addition, this colleague will be comfortable communicating relevant updates to senior leaders. This individual must be able to use knowledge of business operations and quantitative analysis to apply to new business scenarios and strategy for portfolio growth and roll-out. This role would suit someone with strong analytical skills, communication skills, critical thinking skills, and a real passion for healthcare.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 60,300

Maximum: 126,600

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in strategy, consulting, product management/development• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives, with demonstrated success delivering projects end-to-end• Experience identifying and defining business problems and issues, and developing strategic, frameworks, building business cases, and measuring success• Experience building and delivering leadership-facing presentations and materials• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills• Strong communication (written and oral) skills • 3+ years technical experience in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; some Access or other database knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH)• Work experience within the healthcare industry• 1+ years of experience with SQL• Familiarity with Python and Snowflake• Ability to partner well cross-functionally and charter ambiguous environments• Strong knowledge of the healthcare landscape with ability to quickly identify new ideas and potential partners• Strong presentation and written/verbal communication• Possess organized, detail-oriented, and structured thinking and demonstrate a high level of independent judgement and proactivity• 3+ years of demonstrated success in delivering training and communications
