The requirements and duties of Senior Analyst, Quality Assura Sr Analyst with in the RxConnect QA Organization that is driven by a purpose of bringing our heart to every moment of our customers’ health by making innovative and high-quality health and pharmacy services safe, affordable, and easy to access.This position will be responsible to support RxConnect testing and leadership and will independently oversight and day-to-day management across the full project lifecycle on small to medium size IT initiatives and projects in Rx, working closely with project teams to achieve expected results. Coordinates with Project Managers and/or QA Advisors to communicate testing tasks and estimates, and to provide clear status updates and risk/issue escalation where needed The Sr. Analyst, Quality Assurance participates in the full lifecycle of the project with particular emphasis on leading the QA effort to ensure that business requirements and quality targets are met. While responsibilities will vary from project to project, the Sr. Analyst, Quality Assurance is typically expected to abide by and promote the SEP Methodology as well as its evolution. In addition, the Senior Analyst, Quality Assurance is expected to effectively communicate project statuses to secure needed clarifications from Business Analysts, to coordinate with Development Leads and Project Managers to resolve issues and defects, and to support the Business to perform its own test activities during Business UAT cycles.
