CVS Health Pricing/Systems Analyst in Woonsocket, Rhode Island
CVS Health is seeking a Pricing/System Analyst join its Retail Pricing Department. As a Pricing/Systems Analyst, you will join our Pricing department and be responsible for processing daily transactions and investigating system issues. You will work closely with the IT team and be the liaison between the IT team and the Pricing Department on all system testing, fixes and system enhancements. Additional responsibilities of the Pricing Coordinator include:The pricing consultant is responsible for all of the following duties as they relate to front store business in over 9,000 CVS stores:- Maintain retail pricing foundational data at the item level with high accuracy within established deadlines (e.g. unit cost, retail price, item link relationships and unit of measure)- Support Category management businesses and collaborate with internal stakeholders including Pricing Analysts, Category Managers, Item Coordinators, Promotional Coordinators and Marketing Groups- Manage new item introduction across the enterprise (mainland, web, Puerto Rico, HI etc….)- Manage compliance with individual state mandated Consumer Price Laws- Transact monthly pricing events to over 7,000 stores and manage complexities at the store level- Maintain service level agreement (MCS) to the highest standards to deliver superior customer service- Uphold pricing financial audit requirements including SOX Compliance- Develop and deliver ad hoc Excel and Access projects- Participate and advise during requirements and design project phases; understand business needs; and ensure that comprehensive testing scenarios are performed. - Perform planning, execution, analysis, defect tracking, and coordination of business, functional and regression testing activities. - Review functional and technical requirements and identify critical UAT test cases and end-to-end scenarios. - Provide timely feedback on the overall project status for system bugs and enhancements. Report, monitor, and verify application system defects as necessary.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and Access experience- 2+ years of experience with data analysis- 6+ months of experience with quality assurance and/or system testing

- 3+ years of prior retail or merchandising - Knowledge of Mainframe, PIM, or Citrix - High degree of accuracy and attention to detail- Demonstrated experience in Quality assurance and/or system testing- Solid organizational and prioritization skills- Independent reasoning ability- Demonstrated successful business involvement with system projects- Microsoft Excel and Access experience- Strong Analytical, Collaboration & Communication skills
High School Diploma or GED RequiredBachelor's Degree Preferred
