Position Summary

The Supplemental Benefits and Directed Spend team at CVS is one of the fastest-growing business units in the enterprise and is uniquely situated at the center of our retail and healthcare businesses. We are looking for a Manager, Supplemental Benefits and Directed Spend to join our team in an essential role as CVS expands its offerings in this space.

The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable and able to excel in a wide variety of areas including cross-functional project management, strategic analysis, client-facing responsibilities, data synthesizing and analytics, and internal/external stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with supplemental benefits ecosystem partners and clients to build short- and long-term strategies that align with business and enterprise priorities.• Distill and communicate complex concepts into salient opportunities, influencing across and up through a matrixed organization.• Support innovation based on analytics and insights, market trends, competitive landscape, program gaps, and white space opportunities while leveraging strong business acumen in retail, health care, technology, or other related fields.• Drive operational project management, working cross-functionally with marketing, IT, inventory, analytics, and product teams.• Navigate the day-to-day of a dynamic entrepreneurial team in a fluid and emerging space while balancing communication needs, stakeholder management, and timelines.• Synthesize insights and data to ensure that CVS Health leads the market in supplemental benefits for our clients and key partners.• Prepare high-quality materials to support presentations to senior leadership and other internal groups.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience consulting, project management, HealthTech, corporate healthcare, or provider/payor functions.

  • 3+ years of experience working on cross-functional teams, internally and externally

  • Ability to travel on a limited basis (10-15%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated influencer with curious, impact-driving mindset in a fast-paced matrix organization

• Problem solver with strong analytical skills and strategic mindset, ability to communicate data insights succinctly

• Proficient in excel modeling, advanced PowerPoint, financial modeling, and data analytics

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Superb interpersonal skills, including ability to build relationships with both colleagues and stakeholders.

• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

• MBAEducation

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$63,300.00 - $139,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
