Position Summary: Aetna Resources, LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Manager, Informatics (Medical Economics) to devise methods for identifying healthcare data patterns and trends in available information sources by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Duties include: extracting, collecting, analyzing andinterpreting health, utilization, and financial data to address business questions regarding hospital and provider performance; design, create and manage largescale data structures, data pipelines,and efficient Extract/Load/Transform (ETL) workflows; develop large-scale data structures and pipelines to organize, collect and standardize data to generate insights and address reportingneeds; write ETL processes, design database systems, and develop tools for real-time and offline analytic processing; collaborate with data science teams, transform data and integrate algorithms and models into automated processes; design data marts and data models to support Data Scientists and other internal customers; integrate data from a variety of sources, assuring thatthey adhere to data quality and accessibility standards; and analyze current information technology environments to identify and assess critical capabilities and recommend solutions to business problems. Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered orrelated occupation. Requires one (1) year of experience in each of the following: Programming in R, Hadoop, or Python; Writing clean, high performing scalable code; Software development lifecycle; Analyzing large data sets from multiple data sources; Data analysis for healthcare industry, products, or systems; Marketing analytics, clinical trials, or health research; Data analysis for retail and/or healthcare industries; and Visualization tools, including Tableau. PayRange: $98717.00/year to $136500.00/year.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
