Position Summary

In this role you will work in conjunction with the Senior Manager and the Exec Director of Finance to manage financial consolidation of Specialty & Mail Dispensing COS up through the PCW segment as well as manage FP&A with a small team for a portion of the dispensing operations.

We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter and enjoys working across multiple functional areas to deliver results. A person who dives in to learn new things with an open mindset. A creative thinker who enjoys analyzing data and can ideate storytelling as well as process enhancements. This person will have a strong skillset in assisting with monthly reporting and forecasting.

The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Consolidations:

  • Partner FP&A leads monthly and during each forecast & budget cycle to understand and articulate key drivers of PCW expense variances to plan/forecast and prior cycles.

  • Prepare multi scenario variance analysis and report timely to internal COE team for segment consolidations.

  • Manage content of leadership presentation packages for monthly close, forecast and budget cycles.

  • Support segment intercompany activity related to Specialty & Mail dispensing costs.

  • Develop valuable relationships across Enterprise FP&A

  • Provide analytical support for ad hoc analysis.

Business Unit FP&A Ownership

  • FP&A functions related to month-end close processes which includes analyzing monthly variances to plan/forecast.

  • Prepare and present monthly management financial reporting to business unit leaders with reporting of variances to budget and forecast.

  • Forecast and Budget cycle requirements for assigned business units

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of financial experience

  • 3+ years leading the budgeting cycle

Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial reporting and variance analysis experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Robust organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Experienced in Excel (index match, vlookups, etc) and PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of SAP S4 and Anaplan systems

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Economics

This is a remote role located near a CVS hub for onsite requirements

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $139,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
