CVS Health Lead Director, IT Executive Support in Woonsocket, Rhode Island

Job Description

CVS, a Fortune 4 company, is offering an excellent opportunity for a Lead Director role within IT Executive Support in our corporate headquarters in Woonsocket, RI! In the role you will be responsible for end-to-end management of the Executive Support functions, leading support teams to support Executives throughout the enterprise.This role requires leading and managing decentralized resources country-wide and steering to quickly resolve to customer concerns. Deep understanding of IT technologies and problem-solving capabilities to mentor resources and teams towards finding the accurate root cause and developing an effective mitigation plan to ensure the underlying cause of the issue does not reoccur.The ideal candidate:-Must be able to interact with all levels of leadership both inside and outside of CVS Health, to include vendor interactions.- Must have strong supervisory skills including leadership & organization, coaching & counseling, and be an effective motivator and team builder.- Must be self-directed with excellent follow up and organizational skill.-Meet aggressive timelines and do so in a dynamic environment- Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.-Successful management of large projects on time within budget.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 100,000

Maximum: 221,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in a leadership role- 10+ years experience in a IT customer-facing or support role- This role will require on-call, to include overnight and weekends. Additionally, extensive travel (up to 75%) may be required at times, both domestic and international.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of ITIL, IT Service Management- Fluent in a Windows environment including Windows 7, 10 and Office Suites - Experience managing large teams in a diverse environment.
