CVS Health Lead Analytic Consultant in Woonsocket, Rhode Island

Position Summary: Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Lead Analytic Consultant to Formulate and apply modeling and optimizing methods to interpret clinical or operational data from Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and other sources in support of decision-making and policy formulation. Duties include: collect, organize, and interpret complex numerical data to provide usable information to address business problems and facilitate issue resolution and risk mitigation; design and build scalable reporting solutions to continuously monitor trends, patterns, and outliers in clinical data and operational metrics impacting patient health and operational performance; create technical specification documents, including implementation methodologies using tools and technologies such as SQL, Tableau, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS); collaborate with business partners to design automatic data acquisition or data delivery processes for required data reporting using tools and technologies such as Control-M and SQL Server database; work collaboratively with business users in testing phase and ensure extracts and reports meet business needs; and conduct rigorous analyses of clinical and operational data using appropriate data analysis techniques and provide accurate insights that advance strategic enterprise goals. Telecommuting available. - Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Logistical Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: designing data models and solutions for analytical and reporting use cases; analytics experience within the retail or healthcare industries; visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI; machine learning, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling; Python and SQL programming; traditional relational data warehouse technologies such as Oracle, Teradata or DB2; and retail merchandising domain experience including category management, assortment optimization, and product/store clustering. Telecommuting available. Pay Range: $120750.00/year to $240000.00/year. Multiple Openings.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
