Job Description:
Assume a leadership role within Information Security & Technology Solutions team to oversee the advancement of M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Power BI products, adhering to strict timelines while upholding exceptional quality standards. Develop the product vision and strategy by crafting scenarios that fulfill customer needs, generate business outcomes, and guide future product investments.
In your capacity as the Product Manager and Service Owner for the GenAI Copilot at CVS Health, you have a spectrum of responsibilities aimed at the seamless deployment, robust integration, and widespread adoption of this pioneering SaaS technology. Your mission includes optimizing the application of Microsoft Copilot, ensuring its value resonates clearly with stakeholders, and harmonizing its strategic trajectory with both vendor updates and the overarching objectives of the organization. Your leadership will be instrumental in steering the training and support team to guarantee a superior user experience, while concurrently collecting and interpreting user feedback to drive product evolution.
You'll have the opportunity to work together with internal teams, market-facing colleagues, and external partners to drive forward data-driven CoPilot adoption and strategies. Your role will involve championing best practices in usage and adoption excellence, while leading the advancement of Copilot solutions. By analyzing emerging trends, you will contribute to strategic planning efforts, shaping an AI strategy for employee engagement with Copilot. This strategy will align with future implementations and the overarching goals of CVS Health.
Required Qualifications:
Over 10 years of experience in Microsoft product management within software, encompassing digital transformation and software implementations for large organizations.
1 + years experience with GenAI technologies, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Bing, ChatGPT and Google Gemini.
3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a Technical Product Owner.
3-5 years experience in product and support organization ownership.
Experience in managing Microsoft enterprise-level CoPilot Licensing or other large-scale Microsoft licensing.
Key Responsibilities:
Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 CoPilot productivity suite and ecosystem.
Experience with Microsoft Master Agreements, contracting processes and regulations.
Proficient in change management, training, and strategies for user adoption.
Skilled in business intelligence, analytics, and problem-solving for data analysis.
Capable of translating data and feedback into continuous improvement and strategic planning.
Proficient at influencing and navigating complex organizational structures.
Proven track record of driving usage and adoption in business contexts.
Navigate CoPilot governance for the Power Platform and CoPilot applications reducing vulnerabilities.
Proven ability to manage day-to-day vendor relationships to foster productive partnerships.
In-depth understanding of data and information protection practices to safeguard sensitive information.
Strong knowledge of automation and system integration concepts to enhance operational efficiency.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective engagement at all organizational levels.
Outstanding collaboration skills with a track record of successful stakeholder partnerships.
Education:
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience. Masters preferred
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$144,200.00 - $288,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
