Job Description

CVS Health, a Fortune 4 Company, is looking for a multifaceted Human Resources professional to join our team supporting Finance! Let us join you in the next step in your career path!In this role, you will report to the Executive Director of Human Resources and will support components of the overall Finance HR Strategy, as well as deliver against enterprise priorities. This position will serve as primary HRBP for the senior leaders of a geographically dispersed 3000+ colleague division of Finance.As the HR Business Partner, you will strategically partner with business leaders to align, build and execute the HR strategy to address the current and future direction of the business, develop rich talent pipelines needed to drive both current and future business needs, coach and develop leaders to optimize performance, design organizational structure based on strategic objectives and build a change-capable organization that helps colleagues to thrive in a constantly changing environment. You will also partner with leaders to recognize, articulate and shape culture, with focus on colleague engagement and alignment with enterprise behaviors. In addition, you will partner with HR Centers of Excellence and leverage HR data, technology, tools and resources to optimize talent and organizational effectiveness and develop, implement, measure, and evaluate broad-based HR initiatives.

As a part of this process, you will be required to provide information or documentation about the reason you cannot be vaccinated. If your request for an accommodation is not approved, then your employment may be terminated.
