CVS Health Facilities Project Management in Woonsocket, Rhode Island

Job Description

The purpose of this position will be in part to administer Repair Services for high priority trades. Examples of these trades include Signs, Automatic Doors, Security Grills and Drive Thru Equipment. The role will be solely responsible for managing the assigned trade(s) and will take direction from the Repair Services Manager. This position will also manage the budget of the assigned trade(s), forecast and own the financials. The second, larger part of this role will perform analytical reporting for the assigned trades. This position will be responsible for setting key performance indicators for third party vendors, performing comprehensive business reviews and financial analysis. At times, this position will manage projects, pilots and request for proposals alongside the Repair Services Manager. Experience managing vendors and direct reports to achieve company goals or intended results. The ability to develop projects, guide them to completion, while working with multiple stakeholders who may or may not have the same interests in a professional manor. Additional project assignments will also be assigned to the Repair Analyst as needed.Work with Procurement/Contracts on amendments, new RFP’s and compliance issues.Source new vendors and compare rates

Required Qualifications

-3+ years of experience in recognizing/measuring key performance indicators -3+ years experience in property, vendor or program management-3+ years of analytical / reporting experience-3+ years of vendor management experience including conducting vendor business reviews-3+ years of budgeting and forecasting experience-3+ years of managing multiple projects-5+ years of MS Office Suite experience

-Experience with Property or Vendor Management software -Experience with AP software-Experience working in a team environment & independently with varying levels across the company-Very organized and ability to re-organize programs or projects to improve processes-Ability to adapt quickly to changes and drive change if directed-Excellent presentation and people skills-Experience working with multiple departments with varying stakeholders and interests in a professional manner


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
