Job Description

Executive Assistant to perform advanced and diversified administrative and clerical support for the Vice President of Retail Pharmacy Expanded Services and his leadership team.This position will independently perform all administrative needs which includes email responses, complex calendar scheduling, coordination of travel and expense reporting, project coordination, interfacing with other leaders and initiate correspondence and resolves inquiries. Manages workflow of daily deliverables particularly in Manager's absence. Monitor status of delegated items to ensure closure.Read, prioritize, and responds to emails or triage to appropriate area for response and monitor status to ensure closure.Manage calendars and independently resolve conflicts to ensure alignmentBe the point of contact for VPs team by performing new hire on-boarding, invoice submission, vendor documentation and meeting scheduling including securing rooms and refreshment, when needed.

Required Qualifications

-3+ years of executive administrative experience with management or above-3 + years working cross-functionally across departments

Preferred Qualifications

-5+ years previous executive administrative experience preferred. -Proven ability to handle confidential information is strongly preferred-Prior experience working with Visio, Adobe, Ariba, Access, and PeopleSoft-Experience with high email volume-Experience with Microsoft Suite, specifically Outlook-Proven ability to accomplish multiple projects of varying priorities independently with minimal supervision and perform to deadline. -Proven ability to exercise discretion, use independent judgment to triage emails and calendars invites -Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, accurate and professional manner verbally and in writing, using superior grammar skills.-Strong problem-solving skills-Thrives in working in a high paced environment

Education

-Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required-Associate’s degree or post-high school training in the business field is preferred.
