Position Summary

Join the dynamic and dedicated team that manages the CVS Health Enterprise's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) and Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Programs (EEO/AAP) strategies. This role resides within CVS's Human Resources Workforce Initiatives Strategic Diversity Management department reporting to the Executive Director, Diversity.

You will serve as the Diversity Manager, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action Programs in support of the implementation, dissemination; and performance of EEO/AAP and Diversity Reporting for the CVS Health Enterprise in compliance with government legislation and organization goals.

Manage:

  • EEO & Affirmative Action Program reporting such as EEO-1 & Vets 4212 annual government submissions.

  • Responding to EEO/AAP and Diversity RFP data requests from Federal, State Local and City and Client and National Sales Account teams.

  • Diversity analytics and Diversity survey reporting using Workday HRIS system.

  • Ensure USDOL OFCCP Audit Readiness via Mock Audits and Technical Compliance

  • EEO/AAP Good Faith Efforts (GFE) Training and Consulting

  • Other Diversity Projects as assigned, such as supporting:

  • Diversity Employer of Choice Survey data submissions;

  • Diversity self-identification campaigns; and

  • Interface with various teams and handle multiple projects within a highly matrixed environment.

*This position requires the ability to be onsite 3 days per week preferably in a CVS Hub location. Locations include: Woonsocket, RI/Hartford, NY/New York City/ CT/Northbrook, IL / Pittsburgh, PA / Irving, TX / Scottsdale, AZ *

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years Human Resources experience

  • 3+ years experience in Equal Employment Opportunity or Affirmative Action Programs

    Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years EEO & Affirmative Action Program reporting such as EEO-1 & Vets 4212 annual government submissions

  • Responding to EEO/AAP and Diversity RFP data requests from Federal, State Local and City and Client and National Sales Account teams.

  • Experience working with the Workday Applicant Tracking and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Excel application.

  • The ability to travel 0-10%.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$63,300.00 - $139,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
