CVS Health Compensation Manager in Woonsocket, Rhode Island

Job Description

Fortune 4 CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Compensation Manager to join our dynamic team! As the Compensation Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that compensation programs are delivered in compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements. You will partner frequently with HR Business Partners and HR COE Partners to ensure aligned plans with realistic goals, effective and timely communication and administration.- Build relationships with clients and key partners. Advising, influencing, and educating business partners and leaders regarding compensation strategy, programs, recommendations and issues.- Deliver compensation advice on job evaluations and pay recommendations as appropriate. Handling compensation market analysis and reporting process and ensures the delivery of appropriate competitive pay survey data to meet business objectives; and communicates the evaluation methodology.- Partner across functions to support business unit and/or enterprise wide compensation projects of moderate complexity as applicable.- Support the year-end compensation planning process for merit, bonus, and LTI for assigned groups. Designs cost models and analytic to aid management in decision-making, coordinates implementation and provides mentorship to internal partners.The successful candidate will possess the following skills:- Advanced technical and quantitative skills, including experience using and manipulating large amounts of data in MS Excel.- Ability to take on complex problems and applies sophisticated thought to identify creative solutions.- Effectively communicates difficult concepts and influences others to embrace to an enterprise point of view as opposed to how a program impacts them personally.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of compensation experience OR minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience (1+ years) supporting a clinical organization strongly preferred- Strong business insight and data modelling skills. High proficiency with MS Excel.- Ability to lead independently, with guidance in only complex situations.- Ability to lead complex projects (i.e. new program implementation).
