CVS Health Administrative Assistant in Woonsocket, Rhode Island

Job Description

Position Summary :The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for the DMMs and Senior CMs. Duties are complex in nature; involve heavy coordination and access to confidential information. Ability to exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment is critical. A proactive approach in taking responsibility and a willingness to take on assigned and non-assigned duties will be keys to success. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:· Scheduling and coordinating complex meetings and events · Answering and screening calls to route to accountable parties · Managing Outlook calendars · Developing and booking travel plans; managing expense reports · Organizing team materials and information (reference materials, org charts, etc.) · Composing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, decks and other complex documents and reports · Providing support and approvals for expense reports, IT and equipment requests · Maintaining employee records; changes of status, attendance records, employee requisitions · Sharing broader responsibilities with administrative team within department, to ensure steady coverage · Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of office management experience (large meeting planning, travel, logistics, calendar management, communication support) • 2+ years as an administrative assistant to senior level executives • 2+ of experience in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

· Associate's Degree· Must have the ability to interact with executives, employees and clients at all levels · Proven ability to independently plan, manage, and work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous priorities · Ability to exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment · Must be self-starter and possess excellent organizational skills · Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills · Strong relationship building skills

Education

Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required
