Director Corporate Development wanted by wireless & broadcast communications system provider in Woburn, MA. Manage team of real estate, finance, and engineering professionals acquiring communication tower sites, and planning, building, and maintaining communications towers. Work with M&A, Sales, Operations, IT, Legal, Finance to develop plans for expansion of tower network. Negotiate agreements with real estate owners, equipment vendors, contractors, and mobile network operations. Requires Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or closely related field plus 1 year of experience managing acquisitions and financing of communication towers. May require up to 10% domestic and international travel. Also requires 1 year of experience performing financial analysis of telecommunications projects and negotiating real estate, construction, and network contacts for telecommunication towers.
