Novant Health Director Human Resources Technology & People Insights in Winston Salem, North Carolina
Overview
Reporting to VP, HR Operations , the Director, HR Technology and People Insights leads the HRIS team and partners closely with Digital Products and Services and vendors in providing system support, implementation, and analytics; with a customer-centric approach to assess and deliver responsive, proactive, and innovative workforce solutions. This role leads the formation of people metrics and communication thereof, to include predictive analytics and workforce trends.

Qualifications
Education: Undergraduate Degree, required. Advanced Degree, preferred.
Experience: 5 years of progressive experience, preferred.
Additional Skills (required):
· Digital Fluency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Power Point, Word, and Excel.· Speed to Market: Effectively works in a fast-paced work environment to deliver results.· Problem Solving: Strong analytical, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills· Highly Effective Communicator: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, appropriately and inclusively with key stakeholders at all levels.· Inclusion and Belonging: Fosters a work environment of inclusion and belonging.· Judgment: Demonstrated ability to act independently upon information and make decisions that achieve optimal results.· Displays positive image through business professional attire.· Respects confidential information.
