SodexoMAGIC is seeking a Client Executive 1 (Single Client) for our food healthcare systems team supporting Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center as well as 4 other smaller satellite accounts located in Winston Salem, NC area . Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is a 900 bed academic medical center located in the bustling city of Winston Salem. This is the top rated Sodexo account for food in the Atrium Health system.

This position is unique, as it is required to be onsite daily. The Client Executive 1 will have oversight of 10 salaried managers. This position will oversee all day to day operations for patient services, 4 retail operations, and serve as the onsite contact for all other food contracts and gift shop.

The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of Sodexo standards for retail and patient operations. Employee engagement experience with leading a diverse and dynamic team is a MUST. Sustainability is a big initiative of the health system and someone who is a forward thinker will gain success in this role. Leadership strengths in seeking to understand and leading by example.

• have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;

• have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;

• can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;

• prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or

• Preference to demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) or is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.

While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.
