Novant Health People & Culture Operational Trainer in Wilmington, North Carolina
This position requires significant instructional design, development, and project management skills, as well as the ability to work with stakeholders to establish delivery plans for key programs and courses. Prior experience with the design, development, and implementation of quality educational courses is essential, along with strong technical and communication skills. The position entails utilization of diverse and innovative methodologies to produce high-quality virtual and instructor-led courses in support of strategic plans and regulatory requirements. In addition, the team member will demonstrate a strong ability to manage course delivery across multiple projects concurrently.
This position will be based in Wilmington, NC, Winston-Salem, NC or Charlotte, NC; Wilmington, NC is preferred.

Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in business, engineering, computer information systems, computer science, nursing, or related field. Graduate Degree Preferred.
Experience: Three years education and training experience.
Licensure/certification/registration: Licensure/certification as required for field Required.

Experience as a highly skilled educator, facilitator, consultant, and solutions designer who assesses needs, and designs, develops, delivers, and evaluates a variety of education programs and courses across multiple team member and/or leader levels, as well as for system-level change initiatives in order to optimize learning.
Certifications in assessments (i.e., MBTI, DISC).
Serves on business teams as the lead in the design and pilot delivery of education and learning solutions.
