The Talent Attraction Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping our talent attraction and outreach strategies. Leading our Talent Attraction strategy, this person will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent. As a key member of the talent acquisition leadership team the Talent Attraction Marketing Manager will leverage their expertise in marketing and recruiting to promote our employer brand, increase visibility in the market, enhance candidate experience, and drive recruitment outcomes that align with our company vision.

Qualifications

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Required-Marketing, business, or a related field.

• Experience:

• 6-10 Years experience in recruitment marketing, with a focus on talent attraction, lead generation, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms, Social Media, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education

• 2 years of Management experience leading cross-functional teams

• Licensure/Certification:

• Additional Skills (required):

• Expertise in digital and social media advertising, employer branding, campaign management, and with recruiting tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, Google, Appcast, and more

• Data savvy with a strong ability to analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and campaigns.

• Knowledge of ATS platforms for developing or enhancing career sites and CRM utilization

• Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms.

• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment marketing plans to attract the appropriate talent.

• Conduct market research and analyze engagement behaviors to identify trends and insights to implement into strategic digital marketing campaigns for target audience

• Budget Responsibilities includes management of all paid marketing and advertising campaigns, events, and talent attraction activities

• Manage organic marketing and advertising needs – Email campaigns, and print collateral materials to attract, engage, nurture, and convert talent

• Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research

• Proficiency with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Additional Skills (preferred):

• Experience in HR Corporate Communications, Talent Intelligence or Customer Engagement.

• Responsibility for a student pipeline program or campus recruitment strategy

• Experience in managing and developing global campaigns, programs, and initiatives.

• Proficient project management skills from strategy to execution.

• Experience in consulting, influencing, and partnering with executives, leadership, HR partners, and peers.

• Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools experience, preferably iCIMS

• Advanced Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
