As a member of the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE), the Compensation Analyst is responsible for analyzing, proposing, and maintaining competitive, cost effective and legally compliant compensation programs. Requires strong data expertise and the ability to synthesize data from a range of resources to develop actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications
Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Human Resources or related degree. *Substantial years of experience in a similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience: Two years HR/Compensation experience working with employees and leaders at various levels in a large, complex organization required. Two years Project Management, preferred.
Licensure/Certification: CCP certification, preferred.
Additional Skills (required):
Strong attention to project deadlines and details; broad-based experience in directing diverse operations to ensure organizational growth and advancement.
Ability to distill complex topics into crisp and concise narratives that can be consumed by audiences with varying degrees of familiarity with the subject matter. Ability to work independently and as a team player who will productively engage with others at varying levels of seniority.

Strong analytical, decision-making and documentation skills
Ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize work
Clear, concise communication skills (verbal, written)
