For the Tech Level 1 Materials role you will perform a variety of duties for the Materials Management Department. These responsibilities would include the following: Processing customer returnsHelping to support the Inventory Coordinators Acting as an internal resource for any questions /concerns about the inventory process The hours of this role are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 3 pm to 1:30 am. • Good verbal and written communication skills along with interpersonal skills in order to work with others in the Pharmacy to process orders. • Good verbal and written communication skills along with organizational skills. • Experience in a pharmacy with understanding of prescriptions. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Must be adept at reading/interpreting prescription terminology and medications. • Must be able to recognize and identify commonly used generic drugs and the route of administration of these drugs. • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals (including the ability to calculate dosages and days supply prescriptions).
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
