Job Purpose and Impact
The Master Data Analyst will be responsible to execute on Master Data setup and maintenance. The role requires a skilled analyst who will manage and execute the business data requirements, which requires close partnering with all business functions and the Corporate Global IT organization.
Identification of data and/or process opportunities via audits and metrics/trending, also responsible for evaluating, re-designing and implementing improvements.
Monitor overall health of the data, and execute cleansing efforts for all Master Data.
Partner with functional leaders to ensure data processes & procedures are followed and completed.
Coordinate Master Data Requests using Workflow Tools to ensure that Data Quality meets established standards and that requests meet Service Level Expectations.
Execute Master Data setup/configuration in ERP's or other applications such as Salesforce.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Participate and/or lead various cross-functional teams and projects identified by the business. Participate and/or lead various cross-functional teams and projects identified by the business.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience of 4+ years in Master Data, Customer Service, or Supply Chain in lieu of the degree.
2+ years of experience in related work.
Experience in problem solving and implementing solutions
Demonstrated experience positively collaborating with cross functional business partners
Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated Microsoft Office suite proficiency
Advanced Excel skills
Proven ability to make decisions with minimal supervision
Ability to travel 1-2 times per year
Ability to work overtime, holidays or weekends if needed by the business
Demonstrated knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
Cross functional business knowledge
Demonstrated analytical skills to be able to come up with creative and flexible solutions
Self-directed: able to prioritize workload and manage time effectively
Knowledge of Cargill products, services, customer base and industry in relevant product line(s).
