Citizens Senior SEO/SEM Specialist in Westwood, Massachusetts

Description

If you’re passionate about search - especially the intersection of SEO and SEM - and have a healthy interest in financial services, then consider becoming a Senior Search Specialist at Citizens.

The first 29 words about this role sound pretty sweet, right? Read on!

Since search experts are known to don many, many hats, you’ll do the same and find yourself working on driving strategy, creating deliverables, analyzing data, and owning stakeholder relationships. You’ll be responsible for helping develop, deliver and execute SEO strategies across product lines. You’ll work closely with the SEO team, Digital Media, Website Strategy, Publishing, and Content Strategy, and lead/attend recurring meetings with stakeholders from growth strategy, marketing, and associated product teams.

Also pivotal in this role is a solid background in SEM and understanding of how SEO and SEM strategies can co-exist to leverage each other’s performance and opportunities. You’ll have a booming voice in helping immerse the two search arms – oftentimes in test and learn environments - to drive search efficiency and growth. You’ll help monitor and evaluate results across the entire search channel and use your knowledge and insights to help drive tactical campaign elements, including keyword development, bid strategy, creative, campaign structure, and ongoing optimizations. You’ll have ample resources to make this happen, including the SEO team, Digital Media strategists, and a dynamic SEM partner.

You’ll work on a slew of strategic search deliverables, including keyword research, copywriting, and competitor analysis. You’ll provide data-driven insights that inform optimization and recommendations. You’ll also be a serial auditor and always looking for ways to improve search performance.

You’ll help create performance reports that analyze and highlight key search metrics of Citizens web properties. We are a team that does not consider performance as just a bunch of numbers and data in a spreadsheet – we also strive to show impact in a storytelling kind of way. These reports will provide the team with insights it can leverage to further its search footprint and reach across lines of business and stakeholders. You’ll also have the opportunity to expand your search skillset by dipping into projects and deliverables that call for whatever else comes to fruition in this ever-changing space. There is hardly a dull moment around here!
