Citizens Product Owner - Offer and Fulfillment Management in Westwood, Massachusetts

Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Owner to join our team and lead the Offer and Fulfillment Management domain. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our offer management platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and business goals. You will work in partnership with the Experience Owners on our team who are responsible for delivery of the roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision and Strategy:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the Offer and Fulfillment Management domain.

  • Align product objectives with business goals and customer needs.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our solutions remain competitive.

  • Help develop the vision and strategy for building out an Offer Operations function/team.

Roadmap and Backlog Management:

  • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap in partnership with the Experience Owners of the Offer Modernization and Offer Management System (OMS) teams.

  • Partner with the Experience Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Business Lines, and leadership to ensure successful product development and launches.

  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

Data Management:

  • Leverage data to drive decision-making and improve product offerings.

  • Ensure robust data management practices are in place to maintain data integrity and security.

  • Collaborate with other colleagues across ED&A to implement analytics and reporting capabilities related to offer management.

Product Development:

  • Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

  • Provide updates to leadership during key meetings including KPI progress meetings, monthly platform performance reviews, monthly product roadmap progress reviews.

  • Work closely with the Experience Owners and the UX/UI team to conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.

Customer Focus:

  • Advocate for the customer by ensuring their needs and pain points are understood and addressed.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to gather insights and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience/certificates required.

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably within a financial institution.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering successful products.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Knowledge of financial products and services.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

  • Strong understanding of offer and fulfillment management processes

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial industry.

    Hours and Work Schedule

    Hours per Week: 40

    Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
