We are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruiting department. This position is located in our Salt Lake City, Utah location.
Responsible for scheduling interviews and arranging occasional candidate travel
May assist with a variety of recruiting duties including writing job descriptions, posting jobs, screening resumes and notifying candidates
Support College Recruiting team with career fair, interview and intern hiring coordination
Assist candidates with online application issues and password resets
Interact daily with other internal departments, and external candidates
May process paperwork to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company, legal and/or government requirements
Provide general clerical/administrative support which may include working with Excel spreadsheets and Powerpoint presentations
Assist with other departmental duties as needed
Requires High School diploma or equivalent and some HR, recruiting or other directly related experience
Basic knowledge of the recruiting function, systems, policies and procedures
Must have excellent written and verbal communication, and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Great relationship management skills and ability to work with all levels of management and candidates
Requires knowledge of common Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and ability to work in an applicant tracking system
