Reporting to the Associate Director of Athletics for Internal Operations in coordination with the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Business Affairs and External Operations, the Director of Revenue Generation and Game Operations will lead the strategic planning, execution, and day-to-day management of all aspects surrounding corporate sponsorships. Assist with Athletics event operations that are engaging to the targeted University communities. Manage pre-event planning, day-of-event operations, and post-event reconciliations that ensure fiscal responsibility. Assist with multiple recruitment efforts for the Athletics Department. You will: Act as a liaison of external constituents to promote positive relations, lead the acquisition of advertising and sponsorships; oversee corporate marketing strategies and fulfillment of corporate partner inventory. Manage and coordinate with Athletics colleagues, to implement effective internal and external marketing for UNH Athletics. Collaborate in the development of marketing strategies to increase attendance and revenue as well as enhance the fan experience and game day atmosphere. Assist in obtaining sponsorships and increasing attendance for departmental special events including but not limited to the Charger Huddle, Charger Classic, and the Athletics Hall of Fame through collaboration with various groups within the Athletics Department, the University, and external clients. Assist in completion of all game contracts and officials' contracts of all sports. Form and manage relationships with partners across various campus and community constituencies. Assist in event management for athletic competitions, external and internal events. Coordinate facility preparation, staffing and supervision for intercollegiate athletics events. Assist in preparing NCAA and Northeast 10 Conference postseason championship events, including preparing bids, event management, budgets, and expense reconciliations. Assist with Athletics fundraising activities. Coordinate, plan for, and oversee Athletics Department recruiting weekends. Other duties as assigned by the administrative staff. You need: Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred Prior experience in organizing, supervising, and managing athletics events Skills needed include planning, organizing, monitoring, evaluating, and communicating effectively with a high degree of integrity Excellent computer, organizational, written, and oral communication Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to network across a multifaceted university community
