The Director of Graduate Domestic Admissions is responsible for developing an effective communication plan for recruitment, improve efficiency in admissions operations and meet qualitative and quantitative enrollment objectives. She/he will bring relationship and consultative selling experience to develop innovative ways to work with prospective students through the admissions process. You are: A team player with strong work ethic Someone who has the ability to successfully work with many constituents Someone who will leverage innovative solutions and data analytics to executive strategic enrollment initiatives and outcomes You will: Lead the development of a coordinated strategic and financially efficient enrollment model for graduate and online programs. Oversee the management of program inquiries, applications, and enrollment. Monitor leads to manage successful enrollment campaigns. Develop and lead an office of dedicated professionals in recruitment and admissions best practices. Work effectively with program directors in all schools to develop a cohesive recruitment strategy for each program. Assist in the development of enrollment goals that support the university's strategic operating plan. Refine processes, procedures, and current business practices to improve application processes and increase yield. Use a data-driven approach for continuous improvement of the admissions lifecycle. Provide and set standards for excellent student and customer service. Develop structures and processes to collect and analyze marketing and enrollment data to support decision-making and make recommendations to guide strategy development. Collaborate with a University team to develop partnerships with for-profit and non-profit organizations. You need: Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred. Significant experience in sales and sales management. Experience with recruitment of non-traditional audiences. Competence in technology with the ability to develop improved systems for enrollment management. Extensive experience in utilizing a CRM with the ability to improve sales workflows. Understanding of metrics-based management. Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
