A. Duie Pyle currently has an opening for a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator in our West Chester, PA location!

Job Description:

• Coordinate all administrative duties within the Fleet Maintenance Department

• Maintain all vehicle specific information in the Fleet Maintenance software system (M5)

• Communicate with state licensing agencies for application of titles, registrations, replacement license plates, permits and PA State inspection stickers

• Distribution and tracking of licensing credentials for all company owned vehicles

• Maintain and monitor EZ Pass accounts with multiple agencies. Distribute and track all transponders. Reconcile monthly invoices and submit for payment

• Track all stages of the in-service process of new equipment

• Prepare and submit annual documents (i.e. 2290 Highway Use tax form, Smartway, insurance, etc.)

• Prepare and maintain reports (daily, weekly, monthly) regarding department activities

• Apply for fork lift data plates, distribute and track

• Track all revenue vehicle breakdowns, enter events in Fleet Maintenance software system, reconcile invoices, prepare monthly and annual reports

• Prepare documents for sale of all equipment

• Ensure all paper files, computer files and procedure books are accurate

• Other administrative duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Requires excellent computer skills (MS Office applications), with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work

• Must be extremely detailed oriented, thorough and capable of maintaining accurate computer files

• Requires effective communication skills to interact with various state agencies and other company personnel

• Experience with vehicle registrations and permits preferred but not required
